Superfinish Designer Coatings is a well-established Australian manufacturing business specialising in high-quality kitchen and cabinetry products, including custom flatpack cabinets, doors and panels. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our flatpack manufacturing team in Cardiff.

About the Role
n
Working as part of our flatpack production team, you will be involved in the manufacture, preparation and packing of custom cabinetry for our customers.
n
n
Cutting, assembling and preparing flatpack cabinet components
n
Reading job sheets and production plans
n
Labelling and organising cabinet components accurately
n
Using basic hand and power tools
n
Checking measurements and ensuring components meet quality standards
n
Preparing orders for dispatch
n
General factory duties and maintaining a clean and organised work area
n
Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
n
n
About You
n

Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
Has a positive eye for detail and accuracy
n
Is physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
n
Can follow instructions and production plans
n
Has good organisational skills
n
Works well independently and as part of a team
n
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
n

Previous experience in cabinet making, joinery, flatpack manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.
