Offering a freshly purpose built clinic space near Darra, they're seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the occupational therapy service within their practice

Earn between $110,000–$125,000 + Super with flexibility for the right candidate
Bonus Structure:
Receive an additional 50% of the charge-out rate for exceeding your billable target

Flexible Hours:

The Role:
Your Caseload:
Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired
Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD
Manageable Billable:
Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities.
No pressure
—caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support

Mileage reimbursed at 98c per km, paid fortnightly

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy

AHPRA registration
