Nextt is looking for compassionate and reliableDisability Support Workersto provide casual backfill support across the Bayside area.
This role supports clients withpsychosocial disabilities, helping them maintain their independence, wellbeing and daily routines.
About the role You'll provide person‐centred support including:
Supporting clients with daily living and community activities
Medication assistance
Manual handling
Providing secure, respectful and consistent support
Building positive relationships and encouraging independence
Roster Shifts are available across:
9:00am–2:00pm
5:00pm–10:00pm
What you'll need
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance




NDIS Orientation Module – Quality, Safety and You
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Experience withmanual handling and medication assistance
Experience supporting people with psychosocial disability is highly regarded
Pay ratesE3.1 Casual – In-Home & SIL | SCHADS Award
Monday–Friday:$*****/hr
Afternoon:$*****/hr
Active Night:$*****/hr
Saturday:$*****/hr
Sunday:$*****/hr
Public Holiday:$*****/hr
