As a Project Architect, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality architectural designs and overseeing the successful execution of complex projects. What you'll be doing

Lead the design and development of architectural plans and specifications for a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements, building codes, and industry standards
n
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and construction teams to coordinate the design and construction process
n
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects
n
Provide expert advice and guidance to junior team members, fostering their career development
n
Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work
n
Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the company
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
n




Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect/Project Leader delivering Mixed Use and Multi Residential Projects
n
Demonstrated expertise in architectural design, project management and construction administration
n
Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
n
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions
n
Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
n
