Move Improve Performance is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team!

About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll manage a varied caseload of home and community visits across Sydney's North Shore and Northern Beaches, working predominantly with adults and older adults with complex, chronic and changing functional needs.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
completing functional capacity and home environment assessments
assessing and prescribing assistive technology and equipment
assessing and recommending minor and major home modifications
supporting falls prevention, home safety, mobility and independence
developing tailored intervention plans focused on meaningful functional outcomes




working across neurological, musculoskeletal, chronic and complex presentations
performing independent home visits across the North Shore and Northern Beaches
communicating effectively with clients, families, case managers, support coordinators and other health professionals
liaising with builders and equipment suppliers where required
preparing high-quality clinical reports and recommendations
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights essential
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist essential
Min. 2 years of relevant clinical experience essential
Driver's licence and access to own vehicle essential
Current First Aid and CPR, Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening
Experience in assistive technology prescription and home modifications
Confident and independent performing home visits
Timely and accurate report writing
Strong communication skills with clients, families, referrers and multidisciplinary teams
Experience working with Support at Home clients highly regarded
