Job Description
n

Investigate, cleanse and merge duplicate name and address records within the Property and Rating system.
n
Maintain accurate customer information including names, addresses and contact details.
n
Validate new records and monitor data quality across the organisation.
n
Review duplicate records created through eServices and other channels.
n
Develop and maintain names and records procedures, manuals and training materials.
n
Provide training and guidance to staff responsible for creating and updating records.
n
Produce data quality reports and identify opportunities for process improvement.
n
Review processes following TechnologyOne upgrades and system changes.
n

The Successful Applicant
n




The successful candidate will ideally have:
n
n
Previous Local Government experience across Rates, Property, Rating Services or Customer Service.
n
Experience maintaining customer, property or rates-related records and a solid understanding of data integrity.
n
Exposure to TechnologyOne or similar Local Government systems will be highly regarded.
n
Strong attention to detail with experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
n
Confident communication skills and the ability to provide guidance and training to other staff.
n
A methodical approach with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
n

What's on Offer

Salary equivalent of $82,569 - $89,610 + super, pro rata (Approx. $45 / hour)
n
Contract through to at least 30 June ****
n
Potential transition into a permanent position

Flexibility to work 3-5 days per week
