LDR Industries Pty Ltd and LOCKATM are seeking a reliable Welder to join our growing team. This role involves fabricating and welding truck cabinets, toolboxes, water tanks, and other metal components to a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and specifications
n
MIG welding of steel and aluminium components
n
Fabrication, fitting, and assembly of truck cabinets, toolboxes, and tanks
n
Grinding, finishing, and preparing welded components for the next stage of production
n
Maintaining welding equipment and a clean, safe work area
n
Inspecting finished work to ensure quality and structural standards are met
n
Following workplace health and safety procedures
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in MIG welding,



fabrication, or sheet metal work desired but not required — full training provided
n
Ability to read basic technical drawings desired but not required — full training provided
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
n
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude
n
