To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences and channels.
n
Strong conceptual and analytical capability, with a proven ability to turn complex topics into simple, engaging content.
n
Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
n




Proven experience managing intranet content and digital communication platforms.
n
Experience using email distribution software, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
n
Experience creating visual content and video communications.
n
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
n
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and executives.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
n
Confidence partnering with Executive and C-Suite stakeholders.
n
Exposure to energy, resources, utilities or industrial environments.
n
Understanding of geographically dispersed and/or unionised workforces.
n
Knowledge of change management principles and communication approaches.
