What We're Looking For
Experience working in a busy automotive dealership service department – essential
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage bookings, liaise with technicians, and clearly explain vehicle needs




Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Toyota dealership experience – highly regarded
A positive attitude and commitment to delivering a premium customer experience
