Job Description
Future Kidz Academy Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Director to lead daily operations, pedagogy and compliance, ensuring a protected, connected environment for children and supportive, empowered educators.
You will work with the operational and teaching teams to drive service performance, family engagement and enrolment growth while managing staffing, budgets and occupancy.
This role requires a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
