IUIH Institute for Urban Indigenous Health is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to provide client service in software and hardware support.
This role includes first-level IT support via phone and remote channels, with rapid resolution of routine issues to keep operations running smoothly.
You will respond to calls, emails and tickets, communicate updates, and build knowledge of software features to guide end users across the organisation's IT services in a diverse health setting.
