Full time position,(flexibility to consider part-time arrangements)
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, including theoptionof a nine-day fortnight.
Based in Perth (primary location), with work across our Karrinyup and Wanneroo sites.
This is an onsite position.
This rolewill includean initialtwo-week full-time training period (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm), to support the completion of mandatory training and onboarding requirements

As aClient Service Specialist,you'llsupport and empower clients of all backgrounds.
Working side by side with people who go the extra mile,you'llalso love the feeling of helping children and adults who need us.Here'showyou'lldo it:
You'llgreet clients, attend to allcounterand telephone enquiries
You'llcover reception and undertake general administration duties includes booking client appointments, processing claims, dataentryand monthly reports
You'llliaise extensively with our clientscomprisingof children and adults, some with complex needs, as well as clients with multicultural & Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
You'llperform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
You'llassistClinicians with the provision of clinical services by proactivelyidentifyingclient needs, offering professionaladviceanddemonstratingthe use of hearing aids
What you'll bring

You'll bring:
Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work
Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy and some exposure or working knowledge of mobile technology (both Apple and or android applications)
A desire to work within an organisation that contributes to the greater good and provides genuinely rewarding work, making a difference to the lives of our clients and their families
