STAFFLINK is a real estate support agency established in ****, driven to provide services that allow Australian real estate agencies to significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their day-to-day operations.
The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering STAFFLINK's cutting-edge platform and operational solutions to our clients.
You'll work closely with agency leaders to:
Analyse their current systems and identify efficiency gaps
Roll out STAFFLINK's technology and processes
Integrate offshore support
Provide training and ongoing guidance
About You
You have real estate experience (Property Management, Sales Administration, or Operations)
You're comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new systems
You're confident communicating with clients and guiding them through change
You thrive in a fast-paced, cooperative environment
