The Role
n
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating machinery that processes recycled materials into paper products, ensuring efficiency, safety and product quality standards are maintained throughout production.
n
Working within a team based manufacturing environment, you will assist with machine operation, quality checks, troubleshooting and maintaining smooth production flow across the site.
n
This position operates on a rotating roster across day and night shifts, with 12 hour shifts commencing at either 6:00am or 6:00pm. The roster follows a repeating cycle of 4 on, 5 off, 4 on, 4 off, and 5 on, 4 off.

About You
n
We are seeking candidates who are hands on and mechanically minded,



with the ability to work effectively within a fast paced industrial environment.

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience.
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
n
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
n
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
n
Forklift licence or gantry crane ticket highly regarded, though not essential.
n
n
