Strategix Training Group is expanding and are currently looking for Trainers/Assessors for various locations around Brisbane

We are looking for trainer/assessors to deliver the following courses :
n
Certificate II in Health Support Services
n
Certificate III in Health Services Assistance
n
Certificate III in Individual Support
n
Certificate IV in Youth Work
n




ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
n
n
2 years industry experience for qualification being trained
n
Valid Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
n
n
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
n
n
Demonstrated classroom training and assessment experience (highly regarded but not essential)
n
Great classroom management and communication skills
n
Proven ability to work collaboratively to gain successful outcomes
n
A genuine interest and passion for helping others
n
Strong personal organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent computer skills
n
