Plasterer with Painting Experience – Full Time

About the role
n
Right Crew Services is seeking an experienced Plasterer with Painting Experience to join our team on a full-time basis.
n
Based in Cranbourne, you will work across Melbourne on a variety of residential and rental property maintenance projects. The role involves plaster repairs and finishing work, followed by painting and touch‐ups to deliver a complete, high-quality result for our clients.
n
This position is suited to a reliable tradesperson who can work independently, manage different jobs throughout the day and take pride in delivering professional workmanship.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Complete plaster repairs, patching, stopping, sanding and skim coating
n
Repair plasterboard walls, ceilings, cornices and damaged areas
n
Prepare surfaces and complete interior and exterior painting works
n
Carry out patch painting, touch‐ups and full‐area painting where required
n
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality control
n
Work safely and comply with site health and safety requirements
n
Communicate professionally with supervisors, clients and other trades
n
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good condition
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Trade qualification in plastering or equivalent proven experience
n
At least 8 years of plastering experience, with demonstrated painting experience
n
Strong skills in plaster repairs, patching, stopping, sanding and finishing
n




Good knowledge of surface preparation and painting application methods
n
Ability to assess repairs and determine the correct materials and method
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Professional presentation, reliability and good communication skills
n
Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
Positive understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
