The Role:
n
You will independently manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 25 buildings / 1,500 lots, with the exact portfolio tailored depending on your experience and capabilities.
n
The portfolio offers excellent variety and may include:
n
n
Large and small residential schemes
n
Commercial and retail properties
n
Mixed-use developments
n
Community Associations
n
BMCs
n
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
End-to-end management of your strata portfolio
n
Building strong relationships with committees and owners
n
Preparing for and conducting meetings
n
Managing correspondence and client enquiries
n
Coordinating maintenance and contractors
n
Managing compliance requirements
n
Providing advice in accordance with NSW strata legislation
n
Resolving disputes and navigating complex client matters
n
Working collaboratively with your Strata Assistant and Accounts Team
n
Supporting your co-manager's portfolio when required
n
Ensuring clients continue to receive seamless service during periods of leave or absence
n
n
About You:
n
We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager who is technically robust, client-focused and confident managing a portfolio independently while remaining a genuine team player.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience managing a strata portfolio
n
Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Management Licence
n
Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and industry best practice
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong relationship-management skills
n
Exceptional organisation and time management
n
Confidence managing competing priorities
n
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability
n
Emotional intelligence and confidence handling difficult conversations
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team
n
A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
