About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Mental Health Occupational Therapist for a Team Lead opportunity in Sunshine Coast, QLD!
n
This dynamic role involves a combination of the development and delivery of professional development initiatives, quality improvement, client case work, and employee supervision within the Mental Health Stream.
n
Lead the development and delivery of professional development initiatives, mentor clinicians, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence across the service stream. In addition, the Clinical Specialist will design and implement quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall service effectiveness.
n
This is a full-time or part time position, and some travel may be required (travel compensated).

About You:
n

Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
AHPRA registration
n
4-5 years' experience
n
Leadership skills &experience;
n
A passion for high-quality service delivery
n
Excellent communication and report writing skills
n
Strong organisational skills and an ability to work autonomously
n
Highlyorganisedand efficient
n
Current driver's licence
n
Police Check
n
Eligible to work permanently in Australia
n
