Alcorn Street Veterinary Clinic – Bowral NSW

You will be joining a team at a busy veterinary clinic where you will get to do a bit of everything with no set role and no day is the same. You will be working across reception, patient care, and assisting veterinarians with procedures. We are a small 2 vet practice located in Bowral in the southern highlands .

Key responsibilities

Reception duties including answering phones, assisting clients with enquiries, admitting and discharging patients
n
Cleaning
n
Patient care
n
Monitoring anaesthetics
n
Assisting vets with procedures such as blood collection, IV catheter placement, and restraining patients
n
n
About you
n
n
Passionate about animals
n
Certificate IV in veterinary nursing (desirable but not essential)
n
Flexible availability to work 4-5 days a week and occasional Saturdays and available to fill in on days people are sick
n
Quick learner
n
Great at working in a team setting and by yourself
