The FMW Developer role operates within a mature delivery workplace following the successful delivery of department reforms, with a focus on system stability, sustainment and continuous improvement, while continuing to deliver high-quality enhancements. This position combines hands‐on technical expertise and cross‐functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards and evolving business requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

Demonstrated experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) development, including service configuration, workflows and integrations.
n
Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, enterprise environments.
n
Ability to lead technical delivery and provide practical guidance, mentoring and assurance to development teams.
n
Ability to lead technical delivery and provide practical guidance to development teams.

Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical, fit‐for‐purpose technical solutions.
n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Location and Contract Term:
n
This role can be based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS.
n
Initial Contract till 31 December **** with1 x 12 - month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval.

Security Requirements

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and hold a baseline security clearance.
