About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Team Member to join our Support Office team. This is a rapid-paced, customer-focused role supporting both internal stakeholders and external institution partners.
n
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and responsive customer service, working closely with Account Management and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end customer support as a key point of contact
n
Process orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately and efficientlyRespond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
n
Manage workflows and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
n




Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
n
Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
n
Support general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, admin, or sales support
n
Solid organisational skills with high attention to detail
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
n
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
n
Confident working with both internal teams and external customers
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Experience in B2B environments or retail/apparel industries
n
Background in uniforms, teamwear, or product-based businesses
