This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine and also comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a busy cafe.

Key responsibilities
n
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
n
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
Managing daily cafe operations
n
Opening and/or closing the cafe
n
Supervising and supporting staff
n
Managing staff rosters and daily workflow
n
Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required
n
Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards
n
Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
n
Helping maintain a positive and organised work environment
n
About you
n




Previous cafe management or supervisory experience is highly regarded
n
Confident with coffee preparation
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Reliable, organised and able to take initiative
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
Available to work weekends when required
n
Friendly and supportive work setting
n
Stable ongoing position
n
