Experienced Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor - 40 Place Service

Educate Me Montessori is seeking an experienced and confident Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our established 40-place service in Greystanes.
n
Location: 15 Hyacinth Street, Greystanes NSW ****
n
Conveniently located near Merrylands, Parramatta, Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park and surrounding Western Sydney suburbs.
n
This position is suited to an experienced childcare leader who can confidently oversee compliance, staffing, family relationships and the day-to-day operation of the service. You will be supported by an involved Approved Provider and an established team.

To be considered, applicants must have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Centre Director,



Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor or experienced Assistant Director/2IC
n
A Diploma or approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification
n
Solid working knowledge of the NQF, National Regulations and compliance requirements
n
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and managing a team
n
Experience managing rosters, occupancy, family concerns and service operations
n
Current Working With Children Check and required first-aid qualifications
n
Montessori experience is welcomed but not essential.
