Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance & Repairs Tradesperson for an immediate start to carry out a wide range of general maintenance, repair and minor construction works across residential properties. This role suits someone hands-on, self-motivated, and proud of delivering quality workmanship and great customer service.

Key responsibilities
n
Perform general maintenance and repair works, including carpentry, minor plumbing and minor electrical tasks (within licence limits)
n
Install, repair and replace fixtures and fittings (doors, locks, windows, cabinetry, shelving, etc.)
n
Patch, repair and paint walls, ceilings and other surfaces
n
Carry out basic tiling, grouting and waterproofing repairs
n
Diagnose issues and recommend practical repair solutions
n
Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite
n
Communicate clearly with clients regarding work required, progress and completion
n
Ensure all works comply with relevant Australian standards,



building codes and WHS requirements
n
Complete job documentation, photos and reports as required
n
About you
n
Proven experience with maintenance & repair jobs, and handyperson works in a similar role
n
Solid all-round trade skills, particularly in carpentry and painting
n
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and competently
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
Own basic hand tools/toolbox
n
Own trade vehicle
n
