About us:

The Coaching Zone is a group training program that operates within Genesis Fitness Clubs. We provide members with 45-minute Small Group and Team Training sessions, all led by our team of amazing Coaches.
n
Your role as a Coaching Zone Coach:
n
We need you to bring your skill, knowledge,



personality and flair to each session, ensuring a great customer experience for all participants.
n
All our Coaches are focused on:
n
Engaging with each member before, during and after their sessions
n
Providing guidance and instruction for members
n
Recognising opportunities to develop and improve ourselves and our service
n
Understanding and helping members more toward their goals
n
Leading by example

Required
qualifications/certifications:

A minimum Cert III in Fitness
n
Successful applicants will be required to obtain a national police check and a Working with Children check.
