Minimum 30 hours per week increasing as the managements grow
As a Commercial Property Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, including:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
Managing lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
Preparing budgets and monitoring property expenditure
Managing arrears and tenancy matters




Liaising with contractors, owners and service providers
We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
Previous Commercial Property Management experience
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-focused attitude
