About the Role
n
Working alongside experienced engineers and drafters, you'll learn how to:
n

Prepare and update drawings using industry software such as AutoCAD and 12d
n
Convert engineering mark‐ups into clear and accurate plans
n
Assist with design development and project documentation
n
Support engineers and drafters to deliver projects on time
n
Maintain project files, records and documentation
n
Contribute to the day‐to‐day operations of a busy engineering office
n
n
This is a hands‐on learning role where you'll be exposed to real projects from day one, while receiving the support and guidance needed to develop your skills and confidence.

About You

Essential Requirements
n
n
Recently completed Year 12
n
Genuine interest in civil engineering, drafting or infrastructure
n
Willingness to undertake an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or a related qualification
n
Strong attention to detail
n
Practical mindset with good problem‐solving abilities
n
Reliable, organised and willing to learn
n
Able to take direction and work collaboratively within a team
n
n
Desirable
n
n
Exposure to AutoCAD or similar drafting software
n
Part‐time work experience or work placement in an office, technical or trade environment
n
n
