Lead the Ministry's organisational design function and help shape the future of our organisation. This is an opportunity to provide enterprise-wide organisational design expertise, influencing how we structure, grow and adapt to meet future challenges. Partner with senior leaders across the Ministry, lead complex change initiatives, and champion people-centred change while developing a high-performing team of organisational design specialists.

Provide expert advice on organisational and operating model design

Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic workforce outcomes

Lead permanent and surge resources through change programmes

Drive organisational design strategy, frameworks and roadmaps

Utu ā-tau/Salary
n
The remuneration band for this role is $149,972 to $206,570 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience, we are willing to pay higher in the band to attract solid candidates into this role.
