Are you an experienced concrete qualified ready to take the lead? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Concrete Crew Leader to oversee daily job site operations and guide our crew to deliver high-quality work on time.
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
Lead and supervise a concrete crew on residential projects
n
Coordinate site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing
n
Read and interpret plans and project specifications
n
Ensure safety standards and quality control are met
n
Train and mentor crew members
n
Clear communication with those around you
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
7+ years of concrete experience (leadership experience preferred)
n
Strong knowledge of house slab form works,



rebar placement and finishing
n
Ability to manage crew productivity and job site organization
n
Solid understanding of safety regulations
n
Valid driver's license and MR licence
n
n
