Job Description
Occupational Therapist | Brand New Clinic & Sensory Gym

Our client is a reputable multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting NDIS participants and families across Queensland, with a strong focus on community-driven outcomes and practical, client-centred therapy.
n
The team has recently moved into a brand new two-storey clinic in Nambour, providing clinicians with significantly more space and dedicated therapy resources, including a sensory gym.
n

This role would suit an OT looking for the resources of a brand new clinic while still having access to community-based practice and a broader multidisciplinary team.
n
You will have access to:

Salaries from $85,000 to $115,000 + super

Group mentoring and multidisciplinary clinical support

Leadership development and internal progression opportunities

Leadership development and potential progression into mentoring or Team Leader responsibilities as services expand

Dedicated administration and Allied Health Assistant support
n
Established multidisciplinary support across OT, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and AHAs
n
Strong referral demand across NDIS and community-based services
n
Opportunities to develop alongside a growing allied health service

About the Role
n
This is an Occupational Therapist position supporting a primarily paediatric caseload,
with broader lifespan work available across the service.
n
Your week may include:
n
n
Clinic-based sessionsfrom the new Nambour site
n
Access to a dedicated sensory gym and expanded therapy spaces
n
Supporting NDIS participants with neurodiverse, neurological and sensory needs
n
Home, school and community visits alongside clinic-based appointments
n
Telehealth where appropriate
n
Working alongside Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy and AHA colleagues
n
Access to pool cars for community visits
n
Support from an Occupational Therapy Team Leader, multidisciplinary clinicians, AHAs and dedicated administration staff
n

About You
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Current right to work in Australia
n
Current Working with Children Check
n
Driver's licence suitable for community-based work
n
