They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C; being a big focus. They're looking for someone with proven experience in the commercial construction industry, having worked across project sectors such as industrial, government, education, health, and more.

My client is looking for 2 x experienced Site Managers to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.

Diverse commercial project experience is a must for this opportunity!

5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.

Your Requirements:
n
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
n
Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
n
Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
n
Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own new build commercial projects between $10m - $50m+
n
