We are seeking an passionate Primary Educator (Prep) who brings pedagogical excellence, creative energy, and a heart for Christian education to our vibrant College community. Key Responsibilities

Core Pedagogy & Curriculum Delivery

Design and implement cutting-edge, differentiated learning experiences for Prep students, aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
n
Integrate a Biblical Worldview across all learning areas to actively support and promote the College ethos.
n
Utilize evidence-based pedagogical strategies to monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress through clear feedback and formal parent communication.
n
Seamlessly embed ICT into daily instruction to enhance engagement and digital literacy.
n

Classroom Culture & Student Support
n

Cultivate a warm, inclusive, and well-organized classroom that inspires curiosity and accommodates diverse learning needs.
n
Implement proactive, positive behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and safe learning environment.

Foster strong, compassionate, and professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Collaborative & College Contribution

Candidates will:

Hold current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (or have the ability to acquire registration before commencement).
