We need an experienced Landscape Foreman who can lead a skilled crew, shape outstanding outdoor spaces, and build real relationships with builders and clients.

What you'll be doing:
n
Leading your crew to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
n
Overseeing plant, tree,



irrigation and hardscape installations
n
Keeping every job site safe and compliant
n
Being the go-to person for clients, builders and subcontractors in office
n
Tracking budgets and timelines and reporting progress to management
n
Spotting smarter ways of working and putting them into action
n
Bringing junior crew members up to speed with hands-on training
n
What you bring:
n
Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or in a similar supervisory landscaping role
n
Solid horticulture and landscaping know-how, and confidence with the tools of the trade
n
Sharp organisational and problem-solving skills, you can juggle priorities without missing a beat
n
Strong people skills, clients, subbies and crew all trust you
n
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites
n
A genuine commitment to doing the job safely
