Enterprise Plus is seeking an enthusiastic, inspirational and engaging Vocational Specialist to join our team in an exciting new pilot position.
n
This is a unique chance to help shape an evolving role designed to support disengaged young people to reconnect with education and identify future pathways and achieve their goals. As a pilot program, you'll have the opportunity to bring ideas, innovation and creativity to the role while directly contributing to positive outcomes for young people across Southern NSW.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support disengaged young people aged 15 years and over to re-engage with education and training.
n
Provide vocational guidance, encouragement and pathway planning.
n
Build positive and supportive relationships with participants, schools, training providers and community stakeholders.
n
Assist young people to overcome barriers to education.
n
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and external partners.
n
Maintain accurate records and reporting requirements.
n
Contribute to the ongoing development and success of this new pilot initiative.
n
Travel regularly throughout Southern NSW.

Essential Criteria
n
n
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), or a teaching
qualification/background,
or a vocational education and training background.
n
Demonstrated experience working with young people
n
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
n
Unrestricted current driver's licence.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
n
Positive, engaging and inspirational approach to supporting young people.

Salary from $95,000 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent) plus superannuation, negotiable based on skills, qualifications and experience.
