About the role:

In this inbound customer service role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level, personalised assistance to help customers resolve issues with their products or services. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support.

Duties:
n
n
Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs
n
Offer solutions that best meet customer needs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues
n
Build robust relationships and confidently guide customers through technical problems
n




Aim for first-call resolution of customer concerns via email and phone
n
Keep up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to provide the best possible assistance
n
Accurately update information in the CRM system
n
Ensure all assigned jobs are acknowledged within 24 hours
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator
n
Previous experience in a customer service role
n
Previous exp in SAP would be desirable
n
Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
n
Intermediate computer skills
n
Great organisational skills
