About the Role
n
We are seeking an organised and proactiveService Coordinatorto join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting service delivery, coordinating workflows, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers and patients.
n
Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to coordinate bookings, monitor workflows, support operational performance, and help ensure services are delivered efficiently and consistently
n
n
Coordinating service delivery activities and bookings
n
Monitoring workflows and escalating potential risks or delays
n
Supporting workforce planning and resource coordination
n
Maintaining high standards of customer service
n
Assisting with reporting, process improvements, and team initiatives
n
n
What we need from you:
n
The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:
n
n
Certificate IV in Medical Administration
n
Certificate in in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
n
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Medical Reception, Medical Administration, or similar customer-focused administrative role.
n
Experience managing bookings, schedules, appointments,



or service delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Exposure to working within structured processes and compliance requirements, ideally within healthcare or service industries.
n
