About the Role

As our Exercise Physiologist, you will work closely with clients to develop and deliver personalised exercise programs that support their health, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing.
n
You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while working alongside our dedicated care team.

Professional indemnity insurance
n
n
Minimum 3 years clinical experience (community, rehabilitation or aged care experience highly regarded)
n
Demonstrated passion for wellness, restorative care and reablement
n
Strong leadership, mentoring and team development skills
n
Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care
n
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
n
Current national police check (completed in the last 12 months)
n
Current first aid and CPR
n
n
Relevant aged care healthcare compliance documentation and certification
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
n
Relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Sound clinical reasoning, problem-solving and critical thinking
n
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
n
Confident using technology and clinical systems
n
n
Understanding of aged care standard, compliance and ethical practice
n
Genuine commitment to client-centred care and positive ageing
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
