The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and to play a key role in converting enquiries into booked work.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, customer interaction and working as a key member of a team orientated business. There is genuine opportunity for growth as the business and customer service function expand.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for our CRM Platform: ZOHO including inbound enquiries across phone, email and web
n




Issue quotes using internal systems and templates
n
Coordinate internally to resolve questions and progress jobs
n
Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records
n
Support scheduling and general customer communication
n
n
About You
n
n
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
n
Detail oriented and highly organised
n
Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
n
Proactive and reliable, with solid communication skills.
n
Able to prioritise and escalation appropriately
n
n
ZOHO CRM experience is manditory.
n
