Job Description
Churches of Christ in Queensland invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse stepping into a Care Management leadership role at a 50-bed residential aged care service.
You will oversee clinical governance, care planning and documentation while mentoring the nursing team and maintaining high standards of resident-centered care.
This Monday–Friday position offers relocation assistance including accommodation, 5 weeks annual leave, and NFP salary packaging, with supportive leadership
