Position: Customer Service Officer (Part-Time)- School-friendly hours
Are you an experienced Customer Service Officer looking for a role that offers flexibility around school hours?
MotorOne Autobody is seeking a friendly, organised, and professional team member to support our Jamisontown repair centre.
About the Role
This is a part-time position with school-based hours.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and visitors
Managing phone calls and email enquiries
General administration and office support
Providing updates to customers throughout the repair process
Assisting with customer vehicle drop-offs and collections




Supporting Site Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service and reception experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Confidence using computers and business software
A reliable and professional work ethic
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience within the automotive repair industry is highly regarded but not essential.
