You'll play a key part in our property management team - Day to day you'll run open homes, show prospective tenants through properties, process applications, and carry out entry, routine and exit inspections.
It's a hands-on, out-and-about role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who loves people and property and is looking for a supportive team genuinely invested in their mentoring and growth.
Key responsibilities
Running open homes and private inspections
Showing prospective tenants through available properties
Processing tenancy applications from enquiry to approval
Carrying out entry, routine and exit inspections
Keeping accurate records and reporting on property condition
Being a friendly, qualified point of contact for tenants and owners
About you
Reliable, punctual and well presented
Genuinely great with people - warm, approachable and a clear communicator
Organised, with a good eye for detail
Ready to build a career in real estate (experience is a bonus, attitude is a must)
Hold a current driver's licence and a QLD Real Estate Certificate
