About the Role
Labourforce is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Recruitment Resourcer to join our recruitment team in Archerfield.
This is a great chance for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry and develop their skills within a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
Working closely with our recruitment team, you will provide support across the recruitment process, helping us connect candidates with suitable employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Screening and interviewing candidates
Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process
Contacting candidates regarding available opportunities
Confirming candidate availability and rosters
Updating candidate records and recruitment systems
Providing general administrative and recruitment support
Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers




Assisting with day-to-day office and recruitment activities
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn
Confident communicating with candidates over the phone
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Skilled and approachable
A strong team player
Interested in developing a career within recruitment
Previous recruitment experience is not essential - we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn.
