The NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to support roadside assistance calls from a hybrid work location.
This role requires empathy, clear communication, and accurate data handling to ensure members are supported and connected to the right services.
You will join a busy team, receive training, and work with adaptable shifts across a 3-week rotational roster.
The successful candidate will thrive in a high‐volume environment and contribute to member satisfaction and safety.
