Competitive Pay Structure
Annual base salary from $90,000 to $110,000 pending on experience
$2,000 PD budget + 4 days of PD leave




Generous travel allowance + performance bonuses both financially and with additional RDO's

Paediatric-Focused Caseload with Flexibility
Predominantly NDIS & private paediatric clients (0–18 years)
Optional mixed caseload with possibility to work with young adult + adults if you wish

Hybrid Working Model
Mainly in clinic, some Mobile/community-based posible across Underwood & surrounds
Hybrid work-from-home options for admin/FCA's and Telehealth

What You'll Do
Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, and the community
Conduct functional assessments and capacity building interventions
Prescribe assistive technology and complete funding applications
Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals
Provide services through both in-person visits and Telehealth
What You'll Need
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
Current AHPRA registration
Professional indemnity insurance
Full working rights in Australia
New graduates and experienced OT's & speechies encouraged to apply
