We are seeking an experiencedProject Coordinatorto support a majorgovernment digital transformation program, helping deliver a modern technology platform that will replace a critical legacy system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised Project Coordinator who enjoys working across multiple project streams, stakeholders and delivery teams within a fast-paced and complex environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate activities across multiple project teams and workstreams.
Manage project schedules, tasks, actions and delivery tracking.
Support team coordination, resourcing and project administration.
Maintainrisks, issues, actions and dependencies.
Assist withbudget tracking, cost control and invoicing.
Prepare status reports, project documentation and governance materials.
Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
Coordinate stakeholder communications, meetings and workshops.
Work collaboratively across business, technology and vendor teams.
SupportStatements of Work (SOWs), vendor liaison and contract administration.
What We're Looking For




Around5+ years' experiencein Project Coordination or a similar project delivery role.
Experience supportingmultiple projects or workstreamswithin a fast-paced delivery environment.
Strong project scheduling, tracking, reporting and administration skills.
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination capabilities.
Experience working across complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
Exposure toProject Management and/or Change Managementactivities.
Comfortable working in environments with changing priorities and ambiguity.
Experience withinhigher education or similarly complex organisationswould be highly regarded.
Exposure toStudyLink or similar admissions/application management platformswould be advantageous.
