About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a strong background in commercial plumbing construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to completion
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings
Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders




Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes
About You
Proven experience in commercial plumbing (construction)
Previous experience as a Supervisor in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines
White Card (required)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
