The Jacobs Well Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our management team.
Located in a charming rural setting in the cane fields, our venue has built a strong reputation as one of the region's most welcoming and community-focused hotels.
We are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic professional who can lead and support a positive team environment while building solid relationships with both local patrons and visitors.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, alongside proven skills in bar operations and stock control.
A well-rounded understanding of hotel operations is essential, including experience in TAB, gaming, bistro, and retail areas.
Experience in End to end events, including planning, coordination and execution highly advantageous.
Key Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Experience across multiple hotel operations
RSA, RSG, and TAB certification (or willingness to obtain)
This is a full time position offering above-award remuneration.
Flexibility with working hours and days is highly regarded.
