Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer at VIC, Fawkner Leisure Centre.
You will drive recent memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim, meeting pre-sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service and a strong guest experience.
You will lead tours, handle enquiries, and process memberships with accuracy, using POS systems and cash handling practices, all while embodying our CORE values.
