What You'll Do
n
n
Assist with food preparation and service across all kitchen sections
n
Prepare and present quality meals to recipe and presentation standards
n
Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
n
Work closely with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
n
Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
n
Support the Head Chef and senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience working in a commercial kitchen (Commis Chef or similar role preferred)
n




Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or currently working towards it (desirable)
n
A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
n
Grill experience essentialA team player who enjoys learning and developing new skills
n
Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
