About the Role
The Country Manager - Sales (Australia) will oversee ICT's commercial operations across Australia, driving enterprise growth, channel success, and vendor alignment.
Australia is a core strategic market for ICT, requiring strong leadership and technology distribution expertise.
Responsibilities
Develop country-wide growth strategies, revenue goals, and account plans.
Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and market expansion.
Strengthen relationships with major distributors, resellers, cloud providers, and integrators.
Recruit and enable partners aligned with ICT's portfolio and expansion goals.
Coordinate closely with Supermicro, cybersecurity, cloud, and software vendors.
Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional alignment.




Engage enterprise customers across government, finance, healthcare, and retail.
Lead major account negotiations and bid responses.
Market Insights
Monitor Australia's ICT landscape, competition, pricing trends, and regulations.
Identify high-growth opportunities and new product lines.
Provide structured reporting, insights, and performance metrics to APAC leadership.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, presales, and operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
*****+ years of ICT sales experience in Australia.
Strong network with Australian enterprise and channel partners.
Experience working with global technology vendors.
Skills
